Hoje em Dia, a traditional newspaper from one of Brazil's leading media groups, tasked us with creating impactful advertising pieces to mark World Cancer Day. Given cancer's rapid spread, we sought to illustrate its relentless progression akin to a domino effect, where each piece falls swiftly with no chance of reversal. With meticulous craftsmanship, we selected the most commonly affected organs and brought this concept to life.
This campaign was entirely produced in-house. Dominoes were meticulously affixed one by one onto a black chalkboard and photographed by me. The final step involved blending the image with wooden backgrounds and manually adding shadows to enhance the visual impact.
